Resources  -  Questionnaire

We are inviting people who took part in Education Sunday to complete a questionnaire about the resources that were provided through the Education Sunday website. The information from the questionnaires will be kept anonymous and used only to inform an evaluation of the Transforming Lives Project being carried out by Coventry University on behalf of the Jerusalem Trust.

Please find here the questionnaire in two forms – one a word file, and one a pdf file. Please either complete electronically and email to me (aa7587@coventry.ac.uk) or print out and post your completed questionnaire to Hannah Lambie, Applied Research Centre in Sustainable Regeneration (SURGE), 10 Coventry Innovation Village, Cheetah Road, Coventry. CV1 2TL. If you would prefer a hard copy to be forwarded to you, please let me have a postal address, and we will be happy to do this.

Should you return the completed questionnaire and then change your mind about taking part, you are free to do so, and would just need to contact me and let me know and I will remove your responses from our findings. No explanation will be needed. I would, nevertheless, be very pleased if you would take part as we are keen to find out what people think about the resources.
