Christian unity at the local level

Christians coming together at local level is at the heart of Christian Unity. When local congregations agree to meet regularly together to deepen their relationships and do mission together, they often call themselves a
Churches Together group. But there are countless other ways, some more informal and some more formal, in which Christians and Churches work together at local level. All groupings, whether formal or informal, whatever they choose to call themselves, are supported by
Intermediate Bodies.
Most of the formal ways of working together are generically called
Local Ecumenical Partnerships (LEPs).
This area of our website offers resources for the different ways of working together
which don't involve LEPs. Navigate the menu on the right or use the search box if you are looking for something specific.
